Liverpool FC

Taking inspiration from the glory years under the leadership of Bill Shankly the 2014/15 home kit stays true to the heart of LFC’s iconic identity whilst incorporating dynamic design and contemporary style. The famous, bold, block red is framed by mirrored white piping to give the kit a streamlined, flowing motion and the striking appearance is further enhanced by a geometric LFC jacquard weave, another unique feature for 2014/15.

Building on the success of 2013/14, our new campaign reflects the ambitions of a young team and a young manager striving to return both dominance and glory to Anfield. Brendan Rogers has reinvigorated the spirit and philosophy of Bill Shankly, the LFC legend, inspiring his men to realise their potential and making the loyal fans believe once again. The challenge now is to maintain these standards and our shirt boasts dynamic new features like War-Tech fabric and four-way stretch mesh paneling, to ensure that every LFC player can focus on the game and keep this team where they belong.

In line with the 2013/14 version, two embroidered Eternal Flames alongside a 96 logo are located on the nape of the shirt’s neck to commemorate the events at Hillsborough in 1989.

We worked closely with the club throughout the whole process and manager Brendan Rogers had this to say “The 1960s was such a defining era for this club. Sir Roger Hunt, Ian St John, Ron Yeats …the list of Liverpool FC legends that played under Shankly goes on and on. For the players to wear a shirt that has taken inspiration from such a successful period for the club, can act as a reminder that they can bring those glory years back to Liverpool Football Club.”
