The 2014/15 Sevilla FC home kit embraces a modern and futuristic design, whilst taking inspiration from the 1992/93 season, which saw insatiable talents like Davor Šuker, Diego Simeone and Diego Maradona wear the famous badge with pride.
Following a successful first season, our new campaign puts the loyal Sevilla FC fans and the city right at the heart of the action. #LaLineaRoja competition winner and lifelong Sevilla fan Alex Arrabal takes centre stage, modelling the kit alongside the club’s star players, to illustrate the fact that the fans are the heartbeat and backbone of the team.
The return of double red hoops, which run around the shoulder of the right sleeve, give the shirt its classic look and the lower band tails off down the side of the shirt to represent the campaign message ‘Follow the red line.’ On the opposite shoulder, jagged red piping mirrors the contemporary architecture that punctuates the Seville skyline. Exclusive, dynamic design elements like the revolutionary War-Tech apparel system and an anti-bacterial finish designed to aid performance in hot climates have also been introduced to help the team continue their surge towards the upper echelons of Spanish football.
Sevilla coach Unai Emery wants his team to go from strength to strength in the new kit, “We’ve had a great first season in the Warrior kit and now I want to go even further. The kit celebrates heritage with the performance features to give the players that extra edge.”
